Our roots go back to 1998, when the business was established as Resource Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Pte Ltd — delivering cold room construction alongside electrical, mechanical, and servicing works across Singapore. As our expertise deepened, we made the decision to focus exclusively on cold room and refrigeration.

In 2011, we rebranded as Resource SY Engineering Pte Ltd, channelling over a decade of hands-on experience into becoming a dedicated cold room specialist. Today, we take a personal approach to every project — working closely with clients to understand their operational needs and delivering cold storage solutions built to last.
